2025 Rose
A blend of Touriga and Aglianico. A beautiful light salmon color, this rosé was whole cluster pressed and fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and clay amphora. Mineral driven with notes of stonefruit, strawberry, and watermelon rind. Bright acidity, subtle floral notes, and a clean finish.
